Privacy Policy for Squishy Dumplings: Sandbox

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android game Squishy Dumplings: Sandbox (the “Application”), provided by Petrenko Semen under the developer name lipogame (the “Service Provider”). The Application is an ad-supported casual sandbox game.

This Policy explains what information is stored locally by the Application, what information may be processed by the third-party advertising service used by the Application, why that processing occurs, and what choices users have.

1. Accounts and information provided by users

The Application does not require account creation or registration. The Service Provider does not directly ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, payment details, photographs, videos, voice recordings, health information, or precise location through the Application.

The Application does not include chat, public profiles, social posting, or a form for submitting user-created text to the Service Provider.

2. Game progress stored on the device

The Application stores game progress and preferences locally on the user’s device. Depending on gameplay, this may include:

• the coin balance;
• opened boxes and collected dumpling characters;
• unlocked sandbox tools, stamps, stickers, and colors;
• game settings and other progress needed to continue playing.

This locally stored game progress is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by the Service Provider. The current version of the Application does not provide cloud saves or cross-device account sync.

Local game progress can be deleted by clearing the Application’s data in Android settings or by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling or clearing storage may permanently remove progress from the device.

3. Advertising and third-party processing

The Application uses Yandex Mobile Ads SDK 8, provided by Yandex, to display interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. A rewarded advertisement is shown only after the user chooses the relevant in-game option; an in-game reward is granted after the advertising SDK reports successful reward completion.

The Yandex Mobile Ads SDK transmits certain information from the device to Yandex and may share it with advertising partners. According to Yandex’s Google Play Data Safety guidance for the default Mobile Ads SDK configuration, device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising identifier when permission is available, may be collected and shared for advertising or marketing purposes.

Yandex may also process network and technical information under its own Privacy Policy, such as an IP address, HTTP headers, device hardware and software information, and the date and time of access. Such information may be used to provide advertising services, select or limit ads, measure advertising performance, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements.

The Service Provider does not sell users’ personal information and does not intentionally send the contents of local game progress, the coin balance, or the character collection to Yandex Mobile Ads SDK.

4. Advertising identifier and user choices

The Yandex Mobile Ads SDK adds the Android com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission to the Application. When an advertising identifier is available, it may be used to serve more relevant advertisements and measure advertising performance.

Users can manage advertising privacy and personalization, reset the advertising identifier, or delete it through the privacy or advertising settings of their Android device. Availability and names of these settings depend on the Android version and device manufacturer.

5. Location

The Application does not request Android precise or approximate location permissions. Location tracking is disabled in the Application’s Yandex Mobile Ads SDK configuration. The Service Provider does not directly receive GPS location data from the Application.

As with most internet services, a third-party service may infer a broad region or country from network information such as an IP address. Any such processing by Yandex is governed by Yandex’s own Privacy Policy.

6. Android permissions

The Application uses the following relevant Android permissions:

• INTERNET — required to request and display advertising;
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — used to determine whether a network connection is available for advertising;
• AD_ID — added by Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and used for advertising when an advertising identifier is available.

The Application does not request camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, precise location, approximate location, SMS, call log, or external media access permissions.

7. Third-party privacy policies

Information processed through Yandex Mobile Ads SDK is governed by Yandex’s terms, retention periods, security measures, and privacy practices. Users should review the following official resources:

8. Data retention and deletion

The Service Provider does not operate a server that stores user accounts or game progress for this Application. Local game progress remains on the device until the Application’s data is cleared or the Application is uninstalled.

Information processed by Yandex is retained and deleted according to Yandex’s own policies. Users can exercise available rights directly with Yandex or contact the Service Provider at seminbiz@mail.ru for assistance with a privacy or deletion request relating to the Application.

9. Data security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information associated with the Application. Yandex states that user data listed in its Mobile Ads SDK Data Safety guidance is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

The Application is not specifically directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to the Service Provider. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information in connection with the Application should contact seminbiz@mail.ru.

Age requirements and parental-consent rules may differ by country. The Service Provider will handle verified requests concerning a child’s information as required by applicable law.

11. International processing

Yandex and its advertising partners may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Privacy protections in those countries may differ. Details about Yandex entities, international transfers, and safeguards are available in the Yandex Privacy Policy.

12. User rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information, or to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing. Requests concerning information controlled by Yandex may also need to be sent directly to Yandex using the contact methods in its Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Application, advertising SDK, legal requirements, or data practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
